About
My name is Tiffany. I’m a post-college 20 something living in the big city of Chicago. Raised by somewhat thrifty parents, I currently try to incorporate as many of their money-saving techniques and others I’ve developed on my own into my day-to-day life to make living in the high-priced city more affordable.
One of my best sources for thrifty tips has been the internet. There’s a plethora of blogs and sites devoted to the subject. The only thing is, the vast majority of them are made for moms by moms. While many tips are universal, sometimes the “mom with six kids” tips just don’t quite translate for those who are unmarried, childless, and living on their own.
This is my attempt to fill that void and offer a site with tips for the rest of us: the 20 somethings living on their own and trying to stay thrifty.

I'm a 20-something living in the big expensive city of Chicago. I'm post-college and bouncing between underemployment and unemployment, while trying my best to be thrifty, save money, pay off my 6 digit student loan debt, and still have fun and enjoy life. I live with my boyfriend, a rabbit, and a chinchilla.
