Good Morning. I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend (long or short). Even though I didn’t have anywhere to get up and go today, I was tired and slept in and didn’t really want to get up for the week.

There are 2 days left of Nanowriomo and I’m still behind with about 10,000 words to write– so 5000 a day. I can do it. I did 6000 on Saturday with no problem, I just have to be disciplined about it.

For now, I know many of you are ready to do some online shopping and scoop up some deals. Here are some that showed up in my email box today and others I found around the web.

Cyber Monday Deals

Mash-up Mom has her own Cyber Monday Round-up. It includes sales and coupon codes not listed here and is also better organized, lol. More round-ups at Coupon Geek and Mummy Deal$.

Any great shopping deals that I missed? Post them in the comments and I’ll add them to the list.

Watch “Default: The Student Loan Documentary” Free Online

Student loan reform is something I’m very passionate about, especially since I left college with six-digit student loan debt.

Default: The Student Loan Documentary features different borrowers struggling with student loan debt and highlights some of the problems with the student loan industry.

This short documentary is 27 minutes long, and the makers are screening it for free today and tomorrow (26th & 27th) on their website.

You can also watch the trailer here.

I don’t have the time (or energy) to put together deal posts for Black Friday, but so many other wonderful bloggers have already compiled posts on all the best deal, so I figured I’d just gather them all here.

Now, this is in no way a complete list, so if you know of any stores or deals I missed, feel free to post them in the comments and I’ll add them. I’ll also keep adding to the list as I see more deals.

Before you go on a shopping binge, make sure you check out Frugal Dad’s post Black Friday Deals: A Savvy Consumer’s Guide.

3 Sites to Earn Money Back While Shopping Online

With Black Friday tomorrow and Cyber Monday coming up, I figure a lot of people are getting ready to scoop up some great deals online for the holidays and for themselves. I prefer online shopping to store shopping just because things get a little crazy out there.

On of the great things about shopping online is there are a bunch of sites that will give you cash back just for shopping through them. Here are some of the ones that I use. I usually check to see which one will give the highest percentage back and then shop through that one.

(Note, these are just the ones that give you cash back from shopping online. There are many other programs that will give you points [or Swagbucks] when you shop through them and then they can be redeemed for gift cards or cash. They’re listed here.)

Upromise

Upromise markets itself as a way to pay for college, by giving the option to transfer your earnings to pay off your Sallie Mae student loan or a college savings account. In addition to that you can request a check and get your earnings in cash.

Read my full review of Upromise.

Shopathome

Shopathome gives you access to coupons and money back from online shopping at select stores (and usually has a slightly better percentage back that the other sites). You receive a check when you reach $20.

A full review of Shopathome is coming shortly…

Ebates

Ebates is the site I see bloggers talking about the most. They also have coupons and they give you cash back via Paypal when you’ve earn $5.01.

These are just the ones that I use. What other rebate type shopping programs are out there?
