Free Advanced Movie Screening: The Road (CA & NY)
If you live in California or New York, then you are in luck. There are a ton of free screenings coming up for the movie The Road. Plot description via IMDB: A post-apocalyptic tale of a man and his son trying to survive by any means possible.. This film is based on the book of the same name by Cormac McCarthy (who also wrote No Country for Old Men), and is expected to be a big Oscar contender.
If you’re interested in going, go to this website to RSVP. You can sign up to bring a guest. The screenings are through the end of November.
